With the character’s design ready, it’s time to turn it into a toy.
When we design a toy, we need to take into account the material it’s going to be produced in, as this may impose some limitations to the pose and shapes we can use in the figure.
Soft vinyl, for example, does not admit sharp angles and it’s recommended to smooth out all angles. We also need to think of the number of pieces the toy will have and if it’s going to be articulated.
